A restaurant specializing in pork cutlet. Established in 1961 as a western-style restaurant serving breaded pork cutlet with a hand-made demi-glace sauce, the restaurant expanded to three sauces after relocation to its current premises. It is also possible to choose an old-style sauce or add Hidagyu with hoba-miso.
